Marsha Roundtree
Church Administrative Assistant
Keeps complete records of the transactions of all business meetings; keep records of the church membership, record of baptism, list of deaths, suspended, prepare bulletins/programs and prepares all correspondence, sends out personal statements to members of their yearly gifts and serves as finance secretary in assisting the finance chairman.
Weldon Stokes
Finance Chairman
The Finance Chairman is responsible for the financial records of the church.
Weldon Stokes – deacon for over 30 years, Finance Chief, member of the Usher Ministry, Culinary Ministry and Official Team.
John Burnett
Finance Vice Chair
The Finance Vice Chairman is responsible for the financial records of the church when the chief is not available and to assist the finance chairman when needed.
John Burnett has been a deacon for over 20 years, serves as a member of the Ushers Ministry, Finance Vice-Chairman; and is a member of Culinary Ministry and a member of the Official Team.
Deacons
The deacons are ordained to do their work according to Acts 6:1-8, 1 Timothy 3:8-13 and Titus 2.
The deacons assist the pastor, cooperate with the pastor in providing the pulpit supply and the leaders of the prayer meeting; visit members; care for the sick and needy and distressed members of the church. The board shall promote Christian instruction and ministry to the church membership.
John Burnett
Chairman of Deacons
Deacon Burnett has been a deacon for over 20 years, serves as vice-president of the Ushers Ministry, Finance Vice-Chairman; and is a member of Culinary Ministry and a member of the Official Team.
Thomas L. Biles
Deacon for over 40 years, member of the Male Chorus, Discipleship Training teacher and a member of the Official Team.
Mario Johnson
Deacon for more than 15 years and member of the Official Team.
William S. Jones
Deacon for over 30 years, Vice-chairman Trustee Board, member of the Usher Ministry, Male Chorus, Official Team and Discipleship Training teacher.

David Jones, Sr.
Ordained as a deacon on June 21, 2013. Member of the Male Chorus, and Official Team.
Deaconesses
The Board of Deaconess are sisters in the church who are moral, spiritual, and of good report among the members of the church as suggested in the New Testament: 1 Timothy 3:11 and Titus 2:2-5. The duties shall be to assist the deacons in maintaining moral and spiritual life among the members. The board of deaconesses will assist the pastor in developing the spiritual life of the women and girls of the church for the best possible Christian Service. The board will assist the pastor and the board of deacons in visiting the members, in the identification and care of the sick, needy and distressed members of the church.

Longtime member of Mt. Moriah. Former member of the Missionary Ministry and the Music Ministry.
L. Joyce Biles
Former member of the Missionary Ministry, Women’s Ministry, bulletin board ministry, and represented Mt. Moriah at Community Kitchen.
Ruthie Washington
Former Missionary Ministry Treasurer, Women’s Ministry member, and secretary for the Usher Ministry.
Mildred Arnold
Oldest member of the Usher Ministry, former member of the Missionary Ministry and retired head of the Culinary Ministry.
Sherona Waldon
Member of Mt. Moriah for 61 years, President of Women’s Ministry. Former Administrative Assistant to Pastor Calvin Cole, Sr. and former Choir member.
Official Team & Trustees
The Official Team is responsible for the fiscal policy of the church, assist the pastor in the fulfillment of the total church program, hire and terminate employees of the church (pastor excluded); shall determine the use of the church and fellowship/educational facilities for extra religious activities.
The Trustee Board is responsible for all property belonging to the church in taking the necessary measures for its protection, management.
